Wild Ace Pizza & Pub obtained it’s South Carolina BrewPub License in November and has worked to build a Sabco Brew Setup to brew craft beers in-house at the downtown Greer location. After researching and test brewing for the last couple of months, Wild Ace unveils it’s first two craft drafts this week: Downtown Honey Nut Brown and Bombshell Blonde Ale. The Downtown Honey Nut Brown is a single hopped English style Brown Ale brewed with local ingredients including local orchard pecans, and local honey. The Bombshell Blonde Ale is an easy drinking, triple-hopped pale ale that pairs perfectly with pasta dishes. Head Brewer, Jon Aylestock is proud to present these first two brews and hopes to rotate two Wild Ace Beers weekly.
