IWT grant funds will be available for the businesses located in Cherokee, Greenville, Spartanburg and Union counties.
The IWT grants are being issued for employers to upgrade the skills of their current employees. IWT grants provide opportunities for training in programs ranging from computer skills to manufacturing skills specific to industries.
Applications received by the deadline will be reviewed by committees of the local Workforce Development Board to determine awards to businesses.
