Home Helpers and Direct Link of Greer Announces New Office in Greer Station

Home Helpers and Direct Link of Greer announces that it has opened a new office at 300-B Randall Street in Greer Station, Greer’s Hip and Historic downtown.  A recent graduate of the intensive 13 week FASTRAC small business development program hosted at the Greer Development Corporation in the fall of 2007, Home Helpers and Direct Link of Greer President Becky Pickett, a native of Greer, opens Home Helpers after completing a successful 30 year career in Information Technology.

“In a society where family members sometimes live hundreds of miles from each other, Home Helpers can step in to fill the role of a good neighbor,” says Becky Pickett, President.  “Because our customers decide how often and when they need us, Home Helpers is an affordable and convenient choice.”

Home Helpers and Direct Link of Greer provides companion care for seniors, new moms and working parents, and surgery patients in Greer, Taylors, Duncan, Lyman, Wellford, Travelers Rest, Landrum and parts of Spartanburg.  They also provide in-home emergency monitoring through Direct Link.

“Home Helpers is flexible.  A Home Helper Caregiver can be available on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis, day or night,” says Becky Pickett, President.  “Home Helpers offers loving care to senior citizens, expecting/new mothers and working parents, and those recovering from an illness or injury.  In fact, Home Helpers’ services can be tailored to meet anyone’s personal requirements.”

Home Helpers and Direct Link of Greer will employ 50 part-time companion care givers in Greer Station, Greer’s Hip and Historic Downtown.
