Greer Development Corporation (GDC), the City of Greer’s economic development group, today released its 2019 annual report, highlighting the economic growth it has sparked in the city.
GDC closed 13 deals last year, resulting in $123 million in new capital investment and 106 new jobs. Highlights from those announcements included construction of a new retail and production facility for Southern Growl, 35,000 sf facility for Niftylift and 70,000 sf expansion of Lear Corporation’s production facility.
