Concrete Connection broke ground today on a new 10,000 square foot building at 177 Brookshire Road in Greer, South Carolina. Keith Herringshaw founded Concrete Connection in 2007 as a specialty concrete subcontractor for residential and commercial construction and a licensed general contractor. A service disabled veteran owned business, Concrete Connection specializes in concrete walls, slabs, elevated slabs, post-tension slabs, footings and exterior sidewalks and paving, Concrete Connection has been widely praised for recent custom work at the Peace Center in Greenville, SC, Project ONE in Greenville, SC, and on the campuses of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina.
Keith Herringshaw will also operate Palmetto Rebar out of the facility on Brookshire Road, giving them the ability to fabricate custom products quickly and cost effectively.
“I am very excited about our future here in Greer. This facility is one of three to be built at this location. This building will provide the space needed for these two growing companies who are proud to call Greer home. The remaining two 10,000 square foot buildings will be built to suit the future tenants,” said Keith Herringshaw.
“Congratulations to Concrete Connection for their new building in Greer,” said Wryley Bettis, Chairman the Greer Development Corporation Board of Directors. “Keith and Kelly are very talented entrepreneurs, and they are great members of the Greer community. Concrete Connection is known far and wide for the high quality of their work. We are thrilled that they will continue to call Greer home.”
