“Bistro 107 is a dream come true,” stated Mrs. Mojarro.“Moving from Palm Beach, Florida has been a fantastic change for all of us both personally and professionally. Our families feel right at home and appreciate what the community of Greer has been working on to revitalize the historic downtown. Combine the downtown with the quality schools in the area, the new parks, and the affordable housing makes Greer a great place to do business and raise a family.”
Chef Majarro added, “We looked at Anderson and Greer and were impressed by both areas. With the help of the local banks, the local real estate professionals, and other business service providers in Greer we were able to find the right building and put our plans in action.”
“We are excited about Bistro 107 being another addition to the growing mix of businesses in the Greer area,” commented Chef Turck. “Our vision has been to offer a quality dining experience in a growing market that will leave a memorable experience for all to enjoy. Downtown Greer has those opportunities and ingredients for everyone to be successful and we are glad to be a part of it.”
“We congratulate Bistro 107 on their new opening,” commented David Swenson, Executive Director for the Greer Development Corporation (GDC). “The number of dining establishments in our historic downtown continues to grow along with our retail and service sectors and that is good for Greer and the Upstate community. This win for our downtown was a team effort and with that approach we are able to attract new businesses and help existing ones flourish.”
“We are excited about having Bistro 107 in downtown Greer,” said Wryley Bettis, 2006 Chairman of GDC. “We think that by their presence and the addition of many others we are continuing to make Greer the location of choice in the Greenville & Spartanburg market. Balancing our community’s excellent quality of life with the commitments of new and growing businesses, we see an ingredient for long-term success.”
