BIN112 Owners in Greer Announce Sale of Real Estate – New Restaurant, Select, Coming to Downtown Greer

Jason and Lori Clark, Co-Owners of BIN112 in historic downtown Greer, have announced the sale of 112 Trade Street in Greer and the closing of BIN112 after 10 successful years.

Jeff Gossett has purchased the property and will soon announce its transformation into Select Restaurant.

“We would like to thank all of our devoted customers, friends and family for your continuous support over the last 10 years,” said Jason Clark, Chef and Co-owner of BIN112. “We are so proud of the strides our team has made during this time and of the awe-inspiring amount of blood, sweat and tears they have dedicated to the growth and success of BIN112. After our best year ever, we are closing and are excited that something new and fresh will take our place.”

“Our team has worked hard to bring an incredible dining experience to each and every one of our customers, both repeat and one time, and we hope you will remember us fondly,” said Lori Clark, Co-Owner of BIN112. “BIN112 has been privileged to be a part of so many special life occasions, and to have nurtured so much culinary talent in the Upstate food community. BIN112 has received many honors and it has many fans. We are honored to have our footprint in the growth of historic downtown Greer.”

Mayor Rick Danner of the City of Greer offered his thanks to BIN112 for its contributions to Greer.

“For the past 10 years Lori and Jason Clark have poured their heart and soul into BIN 112 creating not only an awarding winning restaurant but a destination in downtown Greer,” Mayor Danner said. “Jason’s culinary mastery and Lori’s easy, friendly front of house manner have created a fine dining experience unrivaled in the Upstate for which the food scene in Greer will forever be indebted. From celebratory events to romantic dinners, the patrons of BIN 112 knew every visit would be special. I know I speak for the Greer community when I say THANKS, to Jason and Lori. The BIN will be missed!”

Jason and Lori Clark will continue to operate The Strip Club 104 at 104 E. Poinsett Street in historic downtown Greer.
